Baghdad: The Iraqi Meteorological Organization has issued a forecast predicting clear skies, accompanied by rising dust and temperature fluctuations in the coming days.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the organization stated that Thursday’s weather will remain clear nationwide. Moderate northwesterly winds are expected to cause rising dust, particularly in the central and southern regions. While temperatures in the central region will remain consistent with current levels, they are anticipated to rise in the north and decrease in the south. Baghdad’s temperatures today reflect a minimum of 31 degrees Celsius, with a projected maximum of 43 degrees Celsius.

The statement further detailed that Friday’s weather will continue to be clear across the country. Northern regions will experience temperatures similar to Thursday, whereas the central and southern regions can expect a rise. The prevailing winds will remain moderate and northwesterly.

Additionally, the forecast for Saturday suggests persistent
clear skies, with temperature patterns similar to Thursday’s in the central regions, and an increase in the north and south. Light to moderate northwesterly winds will persist, likely leading to rising dust in the central and southern areas.
