Kirkuk Deputy International Envoy of the United Nations in Iraq for Political Affairs and Elections, Ms. Ingibjörg Sólrún Gísladóttir arrived in Kirkuk and met Governor Rakan al-Jubouri.
During the meeting, they discussed preparations for holding early elections, supporting the office of the United Nations Mission (UNAMI) in Kirkuk, supporting the efforts of the United Nations, enhancing electoral security and ensuring broad participation.
